Referring Practice Portal Navigation Instructions

• At Excel Diagnostic Imaging Clinics we offer our referring physicians the availability of their images, and patient reports through our HIPAA compliant, secure web site. You will be required to have a user name and a password to log into our Referring Practice Portal ß link to https://portal.exceldiagnostics.com  Please click here to log in. If you are in need of a user name and password, or if you have any difficulty logging in,  please contact Jana Chambliss (link to jchambliss@exceldiagnostics.com) or call 713-781-6200 for web portal set up.

• you can also receive your patients images on CD. It is simple to view images on CD, simply insert the CD into any windows based PC, and wait for the Merge E-Film window to load. Then double click on your patients name, and the images will load into a new window.

  use this button to return to this screen from anywhere in the web portal

 use this button to view all of the most recent (within 2 months) reports

 use this button to see if a patient has been seen or what their status is

 use this to look a patient by their name.

 use this to view a patient that was sent to you by another physician, and had studied previously at our facility. You must have patients name, and DOB to access a patient file using this window.
